Hey everyone, it’s Rachel. Today I’m gonna give you an update on our Poets Square project here in Tucson, Arizona.
Here we are in the main living area. A few updates we’ve done is we’ve replaced the roof. All of the new windows have been installed. All of the electrical has also been updated and ready for the recess lighting and for the fans. Okay, let’s go ahead and take a look into the bedroom and bathrooms, as you can see, it all has been freshly painted as well. Here’s one of the bedrooms with new windows and the electrical ready for the fan to be installed. And over here in the bathroom, throughout the entire house, we’ve done all of the necessary updating for the plumbing that needs to be done so shortly, we’ll be adding in all of the tile work and water fixtures.
Here we are in the kitchen. As you can see, it’s freshly painted, the wiring is ready for the recess lighting. We’re gonna be adding in the countertops and all of the appliances and everything shortly. Let’s go ahead and take a look over here. This is gonna be the washer and dryer room, the laundry room. We also did the necessary plumbing to add in the water heater and add the indoor washer and dryer as well. Okay, here we are in what used to be the patio. We converted this into an extra living space, got rid of the kitchen window added in all of the extra windows, outside the electrical for the lighting. And over here, we have the third bedroom that we also added on. It does have its own entrance from the front patio yard area, and everything is hooked up for electrical, freshly painted with windows.
