Here is our newly finished rehab project on the south east side of Tucson, AZ. This five bedroom, three bath sits at over 2100 square feet. We purchased this property back in July, and it took about 10 weeks to finish the rehab project.
We’re going to start over here in the main entryway and main living room. You have the front door over here, main living room and throughout the entire house, we have brand new vinyl flooring along with fresh paint, brand new windows and recess lighting that works its way throughout the entire house. Let’s go ahead and take a look where we had the first two bedrooms and master suite. We have the first guest bedroom. All of the bedrooms in this house have brand new carpet. We have the guest bathroom, brand new vanity, tile work in the tub and brand new fixtures.Then over through here, we have the second guest bedroom. We’re going to make our way into the master suite that has a really big walk-in closet, which is really great. And my favorite part is the master on-suite. We have tile work throughout the entire bathroom. We have a walk-in shower or really deep tub, brand new toilet, and a really beautiful double vanity with granite countertops.
Let’s go ahead and make our way into the kitchen. All right, here we are back in the kitchen in this room, we did quartz countertops, brand new cabinets and hardware, a new sink, which is really wide and deep. We have stainless steel appliances and a really beautiful gas stove. Let’s go ahead to the rest of the house. We have a great room and the remaining bedrooms and bathrooms. All right, here we are in the great room. If you look up, look over to that side, you have the laundry room and your main dining area, but let’s focus on the great room in the remaining bedrooms. As you walk into the great room, you notice that the ceilings are elevated, which gives it a really nice open, airy feeling. Let’s go ahead and take a look at the second guest bathroom and the third guest bedroom. This is just a shower bathroom, but you know, it works as a full bathroom over through here. You have the third guest bedroom, Again, really great windows. So you get all of that bright lighting. All right, let’s go ahead and take a look at the fourth guest bedroom.
Now this one was an addition. It was originally a one car garage, but we decided to make this a fifth bedroom to add more value to the house. This is a massive room. You can use it as a fifth bedroom. You could use it as a game room, whatever you want, but there is also a great walk-in closet over here. Let’s go ahead and take a look at the backyard. We went ahead and did a new wood fence along the perimeter of the yard. And this is a really, really spacious backyard. You’re almost on a quarter of an acre.
